For Philips, we had the opportunity to design an indoor event booth where the brand, products and the space itself had to work together seamlessly. The real challenge was not the size of the space, but the art of using every square metre in a clear and functional way.

To make that happen, we started with a strong concept that we first developed entirely in 3D. This allowed us to review and refine the layout, visitor flow and materials together with the client before production started. Only once the design felt right both visually and practically did we translate it into a fully finished physical booth.

3D renders as the foundation of the event booth design

To bring our first ideas to life straight away, we went straight to the drawing board to create a series of realistic 3D renders. This made the concept tangible and allowed us to virtually walk through the booth with the client to get a feel for how the space would actually work.

Those visuals proved invaluable when making decisions about the layout, materials and overall look and feel. By seeing everything so clearly in advance, we were able to fine tune the design down to the smallest detail before the builders even picked up their tools.

After the design phase, we also handled the on site installation of the event booth ourselves. This allowed us to maintain full control over the quality of the execution and ensure every detail was carefully aligned with the approved design.

From the structure and visuals to the placement of the products, everything was carefully installed. This ensured the indoor event booth matched the original concept exactly as planned.
