Littler is an independent Belgian law firm focusing solely on Labor and Employment Law. They advise employers in both the private and public sector on all legal aspects of human resources.
As part of Littler, the world’s largest employment law practice, they combine local expertise with an international network.
For the new office in Belgium, we provided various media, including signage, printed materials, video and animation and custom-made gadgets.
Littler underwent a name change and moved to a new office. From now on, they are part of the world’s largest employment law practice, under the name Littler Belgium.
A transition in which LX Concept was involved from start to finish, helping to build a strong, visual and recognisable story. We approached this in several phases.

For the new Littler Belgium office, we handled the entire signage process — from design and production to on-site installation. We installed the wall signage ourselves, complemented by lettering in the form of wall stickers. On the glass entrance door, we applied frosted glass stickers in the shape of their logo.
By handling everything in-house, we ensure a flawless finish and a visual result that seamlessly fits the office environment.
For the launch of Littler Belgium, we designed a mailing to communicate their presence on the Belgian market to clients and partners. Naturally, it was fully in line with Littler’s branding, both in design and tone of voice.
The mailing also included a video with animation to present Littler’s message in an accessible and visual way. This way, their story was not only told, but powerfully brought to life.
As part of the rebranding, Littler announced that the office would continue under the name Littler Belgium. To ensure clear communication to all clients and partners, the message was shared through three separate videos in English, French and Dutch. Each version emphasised their trusted quality and expertise, now reinforced by the strength of the global Littler network.

We also designed an online banner for LinkedIn, ensuring that Littler Belgium’s profile aligns seamlessly with the visual style of other Littler offices worldwide. This way, brand consistency is guaranteed online as well.
Even in this digital age, paper remains a staple for lawyers. That’s why we developed notepads and envelopes in Littler Belgium’s house style. This ensures that notes and letters are always written and sent in style.
