On March 29, 2025, AniCura will bring together around 500 veterinary professionals for an inspiring day at the Van der Valk Hotel in Eindhoven. For this special event, LX Concept designed the program booklet, stamp card, name badges and posters.
The result? A visually strong whole that perfectly supports the content. With leading speakers, interactive sessions and plenty of networking opportunities, the day promises valuable insights wrapped in a recognisable visual identity.
Everything in place for a seamless event
For the AniCura congress, we designed a clear and practical program booklet that every attendee received upon arrival. From the scientific schedule and venue map to practical info, sponsors and a referral form – everything was neatly brought together in one handy guide. On-site, we also provided large A1 and A2 posters featuring the program and room layout to help visitors easily find their way.
Identity down to the last detail
With recognisability as a key focus, we designed distinct name badges for AniCura. Thanks to the different designs, visitors could immediately tell who was a speaker, guest, sponsor or organiser. The badges were attached to lanyards, which also held a stamp card. Attendees collected stamps using a custom-made stamp shaped like AniCura’s cat-eye symbol – a subtle yet recognisable element that completed the visual identity.
