A&C Systems is a leading B2B partner in consumer electronics and smart solutions, active in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France.

For A&C Systems, the focus was primarily on custom-made gadgets as powerful brand assets that people can physically hold and take with them. Additionally, we helped shape the entire Accessory Summit and developed POS for maximum on-floor visibility. We also designed and implemented the signage for their new warehouse in Aarschot.

We developed sample boxes that allowed A&C to send product samples to representatives and sales staff in the consumer electronics sector. The boxes featured a sleek design tied to a clear brand experience. Inside, the samples were presented on a bed of sizzle paper in A&C’s signature orange.

A&C is expanding with a brand-new warehouse in Aarschot. From stickers on the reception door to signage for deliveries and restrooms. We also provided hangar numbering for the loading docks, ensuring trucks can easily find the correct zone.

Everything About DTF Printing: The New Standard in Textile Printing

In the dynamic world of textile printing, developments never stand still. Where your choice used to be limited to traditional screen printing or simple flex foil, today we embrace the latest technologies. The technique currently conquering the market and playing a central role in our production is DTF printing, or Direct to Film.

But what exactly does this technique entail? How do we apply it and, more importantly, what does this mean for the quality of your clothing? In this article, we break down the entire process.

What is DTF printing (Direct to Film)?

DTF stands for an innovative process where a design is not printed directly onto the fabric, but first onto a special, transparent film. It is a technique that combines the durability of ink with the flexibility of digital prints.

The result? We can achieve complex designs with vibrant colors on virtually any type of textile. And that without the limitations that older techniques often entail.

How do we apply DTF printing? From transfer to textile

The strength of our process lies in precise processing. We work with high-quality DTF films (transfers) that we apply to your clothing with the utmost care. This ensures perfect adhesion and a durable result.

1. Preparation and positioning

The process begins with precisely positioning the DTF film onto the textile. Whether it involves a chest logo, a large design on the back, or a detail on the sleeve; we ensure that the print is exactly straight and in the right spot.

2. Het transfereren (Heat Press)

Next, we use our industrial heat presses. This is the crucial step in DTF printing. Under a specific combination of high pressure and the right temperature, the transfer is pressed onto the textile. The heat melts the special adhesive layer on the back of the film, causing the ink to anchor deep into the fibers of the fabric. This ensures that the print doesn't just ‘sit’ on the fabric, but truly becomes one with it.

3. The ‘Peel’ and the final result

Once the textile comes out of the press, we let it cool briefly (depending on the type of film). Next, we carefully remove the carrier film. What remains is a razor-sharp, flexible print with vibrant colors that can withstand many washes.

The disadvantages of DTF printing

Why are more and more customers choosing this method? The benefits are clear:

  • Unprecedented level of detail: Unlike flex foil, there is no need for weeding with DTF. This allows us to effortlessly print even the smallest details, fine lines, and ‘floating’ parts.

  • Vibrant colors: Thanks to the white underlayer, the colors pop off the textile, regardless of the color of the clothing.

  • Enormous versatility: Where some techniques struggle with materials like polyester or nylon, the DTF method adheres excellently to various fabrics, including sportswear, workwear, and cotton.

  • Flexible and thin: The print feels more flexible and thinner than traditional transfers.

  • Durable and wash-resistant: Because the ink is elastic and moves with the fabric, the print will not tear or crack. Even after many washes, the print remains crisp and beautiful.
  • Cost-efficient: Whether your design consists of one color or a complete photo, the price remains the same. We only charge setup costs once, which makes this technique, especially for multi-colored designs, much more affordable than traditional methods.

We prioritize transparency. Although DTF printing is a fantastic technique, there are some design considerations:

  • With very large, solid areas (such as a fully filled circle on the back) the print may feel slightly less breathable than ink that absorbs directly into the fabric (like with screen printing).

  • Our tip: We often advise leaving “open spaces” in the design. This not only ensures a nicer visual effect, but also optimal wearing comfort.

Accessory Summit

For the inaugural edition of A&C Systems' Accessory Summit, we translated their brand and offering into a clear, comprehensive on-site experience. A&C Systems is an international distributor of consumer electronics accessories, bringing brands and retailers together across diverse categories. Through signage, print materials, and exhibition displays, we provided structure, brand recognition, and a consistent look throughout the event.

Banners

For the A&C Accessory Summit, we produced vertical textile banners with pole pockets that gave the exhibition space structure and brand recognition. Each banner indicated a specific category with a clear title and product visual, fully aligned with the A&C branding. This made Mobility, Photo and Video, Domestic Appliances, Entertainment, and Telecom Devices and Wearables visible at a glance, allowing visitors to navigate the event smoothly.

Roll-up banners

These roll-up banners showcase SINOX at a single glance, using lifestyle imagery and product visuals that immediately place the accessories in context. Calm, recognizable, and highly legible from a distance.

Beach flags

These beach flags were positioned at the entrance of the Accessory Summit, hosted by A&C Systems, making the event instantly recognizable from a distance. They caught the eye from the street and provided visitors with a clear visual cue towards the entrance.

Photo wall

To capture photos during the event and share them online, we developed a photowall featuring the event name, the A&C logo, and the logos of all partners with an exhibition stand. This provided a recognizable setting where visitors could take fun photos.

Signage

At each stand, an informational board provided a clear explanation of the brand, complemented by a matching QR code that easily directed visitors to additional information. The boards were fully developed in the recognizable A&C Systems style and produced using Re-board®, a lightweight yet sturdy material that is perfect for an exhibition environment.

Brochures

Upon arrival, you receive a brochure containing all the practical information about the event and a clear overview of what to expect throughout the day. Additionally, each attending partner is featured with their own spread in the brochure, highlighting brand information and the key details of their offering. This ensures everything is bundled into a single document, making it easy to refer back to the right information during the event.

Tote bags

Tote bags to carry flyers, goodies, and new insights, fully aligned with the branding of the event and A&C Systems.

The physical Philips MyShop store in Eindhoven is located within the PSV stadium. During the PSV Fan Day, PSV supporters were granted exceptional access to the store at the discounted rates normally reserved for Philips ambassadors and employees.

To communicate this clearly, we designed vouchers and POS materials for use in and around the store.

Fan Day vouchers

For the PSV Fan Day, we designed exclusive vouchers that granted supporters access to Philips MyShop. They clearly communicated the temporary purchasing rights, the store's location within the stadium, and the unique benefits of shopping at staff rates.

POS Window Stickers

On the windows at the entrance of the Philips Myshop store, we designed stickers inviting PSV fans to shop at the Philips employee store at discounted rates.
