Sometimes an assignment is more than just ‘work’. Sometimes it is a chance to truly give back. When Duchenne Parent Project Belgium asked us to collaborate on their conference booklet, we didn’t hesitate for a moment. We are happy to use our expertise free of charge for a cause that truly matters.
Duchenne and Becker Conference: sharing knowledge is crucial
On Saturday, September 27, 2025, Duchenne Parent Project Belgium brings families, doctors, and researchers together in GC Den Breughel. The goal? Sharing knowledge about Duchenne and Becker muscular dystrophy. This conference is essential. It offers parents guidance with sessions on therapies, physiotherapy, and psychological care. But all that information must be accessible. In times of care, you need peace and clarity, not chaos.
Our contribution: peace and readability
The organization asked us to design the official conference booklet. We believe that good design helps make complex information understandable. For this project, the focus was on simplicity, accessibility, and a professional appearance. We created a clear guide that effortlessly leads visitors through speakers, schedules, and personal stories. No clutter, but clarity.
A personal connection
This project is close to our hearts. We have known Jill Boeren, board member of the association, for over 10 years from her time at Philips. We know with how much passion she dedicates herself to her son and to the Duchenne Parent Project.

Every euro towards research
Because we fully sponsor the design and layout, the organization saves costs. And that is important. Every euro that does not go towards overhead can be directly invested in clinical research. That is the mission it is ultimately all about: finding treatments and helping to rid the world of Duchenne.
It might not be a large commercial campaign like the ones we create every day, but for us, this is just as valuable. We are proud that with our pixels and creativity, we can make a small contribution to this important story.
